Step 1: Schedule Your In-Office Consultation. You can either call us at (248) 941-0001 or use our online scheduler (Link Below). Once the appointment is made, you will be sent a confirmation email containing a link with all the new patient paperwork ahead of time.
The forms can all be done securely using our online forms below or in the office (please be sure to click SUBMIT once completed to make sure they are sent to our office securely)
Step 2: In-Office Consultation. Once all the paperwork is completed (either done online in advance or in the office at one of our kiosks). You will be brought into our consultation room to be evaluated by Dr. Kanas. After being evaluating, we usually will either take a 3D picture or x-ray to discuss possible treatment options and answer any questions.
Step 3: Discuss Treatment Financing or Join Our Recall List. After the examination with Dr. Kanas, you will then meet with our office manager. If you or your child is ready to start orthodontic treatment, they will discuss the proposed treatment options cost, insurance coverage (if any), and financing options. If you or your child is not quite ready for treatment, you will then join our recall/follow-up program so that your orthodontic treatment can start on time.
